The tragic events of repression and wars strike us with dismay – not only because of the number of losses, but also due to their quality – since primarily society lost the bravest, most honest, energetic and conscious section that was ready to sacrifice itself.

Having paid such a high price for our historical experience, today we must restore in the wider population the highest spiritual and positive features of our national character, which previously belonged to the victims. This is an essential prerequisite for a positive realization of our national idea in the foreseeable future.
