Evdokimov's art is notable for the fusion of realistic, figurative and non- figurative style. Each of his pieces pursues an ultimate goal — to search for the Spirit and its essence, so the transformation of figurative art into abstract forms seems almost natural for his pictorial language and artistic means. Evdokimov, the sculptor, is inclined to portray people with great spirituality who had lived in different times and belonged to different époques, but he manages to stay in permanent dialogue with his models. Classical modernism gets another edition in his works as a method which is to express a transfigured individuality before facing Eternity.
